In what spirit
We want anything you receive from us to feel useful. If a printed item arrives and is not what you hoped for, or if a consulting engagement is no longer the right fit, please write to us. We will work with you to find a calm and fair way forward.
Printed resources
Our printed playbooks, wall prints and reflection cards are produced in short batches in Tauranga.
- You may return an unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price.
- If an item arrives damaged in transit, please send a photograph within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement at no further cost.
- For opened items in resaleable condition, we offer a credit note that does not expire, in case you would like to choose another item later.
- Custom or co-branded orders are made to order and are not part of the general return scheme — we will discuss these one-on-one.
We cover return courier costs for damaged items. For other returns, we share the cost so the process feels fair to both sides.
Consulting programs
Every consulting program we offer has a defined pause point partway through. If a program is no longer the right fit at that pause point, we end calmly and only invoice for the work completed up to that moment.
If something changes within your team unexpectedly — for example, a leadership transition or an organisational restructure — please write to us. We will pause the engagement and pick it up later, or close it gracefully, whichever feels right.
How to begin a return or pause
- Send a short note to help@vunarexxvorn.world explaining what you would like to do.
- Include the item title or program name and, where relevant, your invoice number.
- We will reply within two working days with the next steps in plain language.
Refunds and timing
For printed items, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days of the item arriving back with us. For consulting engagements, any agreed adjustment is made on the next invoice or refunded within 10 working days, whichever is faster for both sides.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy reduces your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act of New Zealand. Where any of those rights apply, they apply in full.
